A subscription helps us guarantee our availability for each subscriber. We can pencil in how many hours we will be required each month as a minimum.

Subscribing also helps us keep our prices as low as possible, by eliminating billing expenses associated with Invoicing.

Correct. If you subscribe to our Business Assist package it is likely to be a Tax deductible expense (speak with your accountant). You can subscribe to our regular package and the Business Assist package at the same time. We will debit your hours depending on the purpose of the call out (Business / Personal).

There are no membership or annual fees. The amount you pay is based on the number of hours you require each month. If you subscribe to 1 (one) hour per month the cost is $55 p/h. This amount reduces on all Subscription packages greater than this. The lowest rate for a 6 hour per month subscription is $42 p/h.

If you decide not to subscribe and call for a casual service the hourly rate is $40 p/h (slightly higher due to additional manual invoicing requirements for a non-subscriber client).
